When we arrived were greeted at the front desk by Carla. I can honestly say that she is one of the nicest and most helpful hotel employees I've ever encountered! She went above and beyond to help me and my family during our stay!
The entire hotel is clean! The rooms are comfortable, clean, and have everything you need if you want to cook. My check in was slow due the system giving them trouble but they were apologetic and truly made up for the late check in. I would definitely stay here again!
The beds were very comfortable, including the sofa bed. The shower was clean. The front desk was very friendly. We felt safe at the hotel because you had to have a key card to use the elevator.
