Wont stay again

The rooms we had booked both had a very strong smell of cigarettes & weed. The bedside light in 1 room was hanging off. The rooms in general were tired looking as well as thw communual areas. The bathrooms had dirt and grime around the shower trays, sink etc. The bed was comfy though The restaurant was closed the night we were staying. This wasnt advised to us prior to arrival which was disappointing.

Thank you. I believe the rooms corridors leading to bedrooms need a make over. Chips and broken toilet sisterns toilet flusher all need repair before guests arrive. Breakfast was very good value for money and had a good choice. Entrance to hotel excellent. Thank you. Cheryl Shereni

Probably my worst hotel stay

This hotel needs a refurb. The twin rooms we booked were on the ground floor. They smelt musty and damp. The beds were clean but uncomfortable. The shower was clean but the shower screen didn’t fit properly and flooded the floor.

Air conditioning fantastic. But everything else is dire. The reception area looks like something from the 1940's. It's tired, old, broken and no one has invested a penny for a very long time. Just go to premier inn. It's better in every respect

My stay at Ramala Hotel , Oldbury.

My stay at Ramala was quite good. The breakfast was excellent, but the rooms don’t have any AC, which was a bit uncomfortable in the warm weather. If you’re working or sleeping, it’s best to put the “Do Not Disturb” sign out as the cleaners tend to bang on the doors. Aldi and Asda are just a 1-2 minute walk away, while McDonald’s and other food stores are about 5-10 minutes depending on your pace. Overall, I’d rate it 8 out of 10.
