The host was friendly and kept in touch regularly prior to the trip. The house was large enough to accommodate us all, with double beds in each bedroom. The beds were comfortable. Fresh white towels were provided as well in each bedroom. The house was lovely and warm when we arrived. Big TV was situated in the lounge. Seating area was ample. Perfectly placed for the New Street Station.

Cannot recommend

The place was clean, but we couldn't turn down all the heating radiators, couldn't light the stovetop, couldn't access the balcony, a lot of outlets didn't work, and TV was busted. The host dismissed my complaint. After a second complaint the host offered to have someone come check on our last day there, but I told them a drop by wouldn't work for our schedule, and they still had someone come by.

No Frills but Birmingham Thrilled

Glad to have found a 4 bed within walking distance of the town centre. Spacious, modern, a good somewhere to sleep and shower type property but very sparse - a bed in a room, no wardrobe or hanging rail, no mirror, no light shade! Sleeps 8-10 but only one 3-seater sofa? Functioned well on 3 levels for a group of 3 couples. Could be so much more,for not a lot of money or effort spent.

Great central location

This property had great potential. It was very spacious with four bedrooms and two and a half washrooms. It was also very conveniently located near the Birmingham New Street Station and in close proximity to the Moor Street Station. It had white, fluffy towels and clean white sheets. However, this property needs a lot of TLC including additional cleaning. If you are looking for a central location, this property would fit.
