Host was unresponsive

We had an instant booking for this property in Coventry. We messaged host leading up to the trip and received no response. Day of we attempted multiple contacts along with VRBO representative. We ended up being stuck at the Coventry train station with 4 kids and no place to stay since all the inns/hotels in the area were sold out for a concert. Highly disappointed in the whole experience. I would not book this spot or recommend even attempting it after our experience.
Stayed 1 night in May 2023
