En-suite bathroom sink stopped up. Linen, pliiow cases and pillows s dirty. Had to was before we used bedrooms.Hair and lint ball also on linen. Had to buy linen for one bedroom. Eyelashes found in one bedroom. Bugs throughout the house infested with lady infested. It was cold outside and inside. The windows were not sealed to keep the cold.Refrigerator not working. Oven was dirty.

We had a great stay at this modern and comfortable home in Birmingham! The place was exactly as described — clean, stylish, and well taken care of. The beds were comfy, and the kitchen had everything we needed for our trip. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful, which made it easy to relax.Check-in and check-out were smooth and straightforward, and everything in the house worked just as expected. Overall, it was an easy and enjoyable stay — we’d definitely stay here again!

Family friendly house..lots of space...easy location. Bedroom downstairs with soiled linen..Upstairs bedroom with soiled towels.Not enough kitchen supplies...(dish towels..trash bags).
