Couldn't get any answers on WIFI, room was not clean, didn't have any cleaning supplies, paint spots all over floor, common area and elevator floors were really bad. Couldn't use the grill, no knobs or gas.

This apartment was in a building called Marshall on Third. Located on the UAB campus and it was home to university students. The apartment itself was very clean and well appointed studio. But located on the third floor over a very busy street where noisy cars roared by constantly. There is no attempt at noise abatement. Staff was impossible to locate by phone or on property. Cannot recommend.
