The room was ok for the price but it was too hot! I tried several times to lower the thermostat but it would reset to 20 (the room felt a lot warmer than that though!) It was also quite dark, especially where the desk was located, which made working tricky. The bed was comfortable though and the bathroom was nice. All in all it was fine for me what I needed for one night.

Great variety of continental and English, with fresh fruits, cereals, yoghurts, coffees etc -loads to choose from; served buffet style. Really good start to the day! Room was immaculate, even overcleaned, recently renovated - 42+ size smart tv, so many channels....Nice and quiet in the room, full length windows with blackout curtains.

Staff were amazing, loved that fresh water was available and you are not charged. Breakfast was ok but bit cold and croissants were hard. Room temperature was difficult to manage. Overall great!

Staff was good. Room was bad. Guess they are redoing things. Beds not comfortable, gave us one pillow. No kleenex. No water. Bare threads for what we paid. Breakfast ok. Was convenient. Short walk to BP Pulse and train.

When i arrived I was informed the hotel was overbooked and i had to go to the Ibis airport hotel. They provided me with a taxi as i had ymto leave my car at Ibus Style. Today i asked the hotel Ibus Style to book me a taxi to go back to the Ibis Style for 10.50. It did not turn up and after numerous calls to taxi company and Ibis staff i was collected 55 minutes later......appalling .... i want my money refunded. ...

The room was on the very busy road and I could hear the traffic all night!! Sort the double glazing out it’s awful. How many more complaints of this do you need before you sort it out
