The hotel room was clean and comfortable, with tasteful modern decor. The shower was phenomenal and the products provided were really good quality! The staff were lovely nothing was too much bother and they had a great smile. Nice bar and restaurant area. I genuinely cannot find fault with this hotel!

Clean room and lovely relaxing decor. Interesting historical items related to the city in the lobby. Service is warm and friendly and very attentive. The food could do with a slight improvement but isnt overly bad (i.e. too much vinegar in hollandaise sauce or pancakes were dense for example).
