Love the bathroom shower, and the bed was comfortable.

The staff was excellent, but the room was a different story. The bed has had better days, we woke up stiff and sore every morning. The bed was very uncomfortable and the entrance door seemed to have a larger than normal space at the top and bottom.

the night staff was very attentive to our needs after a late arrival due to air travel delays. The rooms were very nice and fit our needs. The breakfast buffet offerings and the times that the food was available was also a positive feature. Even though our stay was short it provided a good place for us to gather.

The housekeeping was really poor - my shower wasn't clean upon arrival and even after requesting a re-clean, still wasn't done. They also but visibly filthy towels into the bathroom for use. Although the front desk staff was very polite and kind, they did give conflicting guidance on next steps for resolution at times.

Loved the staff. Very kind. The sheets in the bedroom of the room weren't working and the shower would not get hot so I had goosebumps while showering. Also various appliances of the breakfast were broken so there was very limited choice. There was no microwave in the room like usual, so the full experience of Home2Suites was missing. However it was still an overall stay.
