The housekeeping was really poor - my shower wasn't clean upon arrival and even after requesting a re-clean, still wasn't done. They also but visibly filthy towels into the bathroom for use. Although the front desk staff was very polite and kind, they did give conflicting guidance on next steps for resolution at times.

Loved the staff. Very kind. The sheets in the bedroom of the room weren't working and the shower would not get hot so I had goosebumps while showering. Also various appliances of the breakfast were broken so there was very limited choice. There was no microwave in the room like usual, so the full experience of Home2Suites was missing. However it was still an overall stay.

We had ants in the kitchen area of our hotel room. When we let the front desk know about the ants, a worker came and sprayed bug spray that we smelled throughout the night, triggering my asthma. There were no other available rooms. The hotel was sold out due to it being Magic City Classic weekend. We made sure to not keep any food in the room. The next morning there were more ants in the bathroom and still lingering in the kitchen area. The manager Cortney let me know he would credit me with Hilton Honor points due to the inconvenience. It’s three weeks later and no points have been added to my account. I called and left messages with Cortney and have been ignored.
