The check in staff is terrible. I believe her name was Jamelle, or something to that effect. She don’t communicate anything about the fees, she had an attitude, and acted like she didn’t want to be there. The room had no soap in the bathroom, the fridge didn’t work, the AC sounded like it was on its last leg, the bathroom floor was dirty, and the remote to the tv barely works. For this to be in the “nicer” part of bham (uab, children’s, etc), it was awful. Not to mention the lobby smelled like weed at times. BEWARE. I’d like a refund but I doubt corporate cares.
