The food is always delicious, and beds are clean and comfortable. The complimentary food tends to be our deciding factor for family stays.

Pappadeux's Seafood is walkable and DELICIOUS. Loved that the hotel offers free drinks and food for guests, and the beds were very comfy.

Stayed at Drury in Tallahassee and Chattanooga, which were great in all respects. The one in Birmingham is a total let down and are damaging your entire brand. Bathrooms old, small and uninviting. Bed ok, rest of the room old with noisy A/C. Breakfast is liar but with paper plates and plastic knives, forks and spoons. Really lightyears away from your facilities in Tallahassee and Chattanooga. Obviously one can't trust the BRAND to provide similiar experiences across different locations. Waste of money in Birmingham. Will never go back there.

Great hotel

Friendly staff,clean rooms and good food options. If i had to make any negative comments,the shower we had didn't drain well. We were standing in water up past our ankles showering. The toilet had a valve that wasn't sealing properly, so it drained every 20 minutes. If they correct those easy fixes we wouldn't have anything bad to say!
