Our deadbolt wouldn't lock is why I have this a 3 plus it still smelled like paint. We had to turn the latch over the door. Luckily nothing happened. And it was noisy due to teens - 2 wrestling buses. What can yah do.

Their service was terrible. The employee was standing outside with no shoes on when we arrived. There was a group of 10 guys sitting at tables in the lobby drinking beer and playing cards at 1030pm. When asked about a noise ordinance was told I was on a different floor even thought there were signs stating the curfew was 9pm. The carpet in the rooms had stains with unidentifiable substance. I rented 5 rooms for my family of 12 traveling to TN. The entire 2nd floor where are rooms were smelled like weed. 1 room had a broke AC and employee refused to move until I asked for a managers number. I will never be back to this establishment. Management was notified the next day of ac, broke bed in another room, and all other complaints.

Staff were very nice and helpful and friendly. Room was spacious, shower had been updated. Sink and bathroom door were in very bad condition. 2 inch’s of caulk on the faucet, back of bathroom door was water damage as was the door casing. I would stay if you are traveling through the area but if you would be there longer than 1 day you might want to stay in another spot.

Room condition was average. However, the coffee maker and hair dryer did not work. There was no iron in the room and the ironing board would not stand. Also, the microwave did not work. Overall, it was an unpleasant experience and we will not return.
