My husband and I stayed for 3D2N. Customer service was excellent throughout our visit. We were able to check in early, and to our surprise, our room was ready ahead of time. Took the room with pool view, best decision ever as I can also see the sea. The only downside was that the room—particularly the bathroom—could have been a bit cleaner. The pool, however, was large and well-maintained. Breakfast was alright.

This resort is an absolute gem! The staff are wonderful. This is the first hotel resort I have stayed in where the executive chef comes to your table to personally welcome you and to ask how everything is and if there's anything he can do for you. Johan was amazing and even brought us a cake to say thank you! Staff Members Putri and Jeni in the restaurant, and then Collin in the pool restaurant were marvellous. All the staff are a real credit to the resort! So hospitable. The resort is very clean, modern, great decor, and lush around to pool. We had an amazing stay and no one in our group of 5 wanted to leave! It's also very nice how the resort arrange your complimentary transport to and from the ferry. Even the staff at the reception and tour desks (I'm really sorry I didn't make a note of their names) were very friendly and helpful!

I stayed here for 5D4N and the staff service was impeccable and top notch ! Everywhere you go within the premise, the service staffers were all smiley and greeting you. Not a single scowl or unhappiness and they all seem so happy doing their work! For example… After they made our bed, they would give us something very personal and thoughtful like a message on the bed, complete with pretty origami using towels. See photos. In addition, during breakfasts, the server would come round with something special frlm the kitchen and asking you for constructive feedback, or just generally chatting with you on your home country. On the third day, we were served wonderful fruit tarts and I truly enjoyed it! Hence on the fourth day, I asked if I could have the fruit tart from the day before. The server told me he would check with the kitchen and 10min later, he came with 3 fruit tarts! Freshly baked to cater to my whims! How is this not good service? I love this hotel stay and would recommend to anyone !
