Over-priced for what it offers. 1st floor rooms next to pool are undesirable due extreme noise from the pool area and the hallway. No on site restaurant modest self-serve breakfast is available starting at 7am. No door man or assistance with luggage. The staff efficient, polite and pleasant. Rooms are clean and are sized similar lower cost hotels.

Beautiful hotel. Everything looks clean and beautiful. The one thing I didn’t like was: I told the front staff that we need to leave very early in the morning and if we could get any bagged breakfast. The person told us “almost no”. He didn’t try or say anything assuring.

Clean, good value can get noisey if by ice machine

Looks like hotel has bern remodeled. Very clean but parking space is limited. We were assigned a room that was adjacent to the ice machine and it got very loud at night and early morning. Very clean, breakfast was ok. Great deal for price

Hotel was ok, nothing special. Pillows were small little squares and not comfortable, breakfast had a very small selection, parking lot was tiny. Room and bathroom cleanliness were alright, nothing to complain about. Decent for the price but not sure if I would stay here again.

The staff were all very friendly! The hotel was clean and the pool was great. For us, our room was on the back side of the hotel and there was a lot of road noise. Since we paid to have the ungraded room it would have been nice to have been closer to the front and not have all the noise.

Nice place, small property. Very convenient to Biltmore village and the Biltmore Estate. A couple maintenance issues were handled quickly. The place has a fun funky vibe.

The room was very nice, and very quiet. It came with a Giant TV and very near the Biltmore. The neighborhood felt kind of iffy, but all in all it was great.

This property was great the last time we visited in 2024 but this time around it didn’t meet previous expectations. Staff was somewhat helpful but didn’t really help with any of the problems we had. Our room had a ton of problems but that could just be that one room. Food options are always great.

Good hotel for price.

The hotel was clean and comfortable. The pool was open and easily accessible, with towels available. It was 3 ft in shallow end and 5ft deep with stairs to enter. The free breakfast was convenient and had a variety of options. My 4 year old loved the cereal dispensers and making waffles every day. It was in close driving distance to many local restaurants and shops. Checking in and out was easy.
