Let me first say, the Mardi Gras decorated tree was absolutely beautiful in the lobby. Debra at the check-in desk didn’t greet us when we walked which was quite shocking as I’ve never had that to happen at the 100s of hotels I’ve stayed in. She only asked for my ID and seemed really bothered that she was working. The room was spacious, bed slept well, but the low ceilings and bathroom door gave “cheap motel”. The bathroom door on the inside or outside was not cleaned. The casino floor was lively Saturday night with a DJ that played great music. The buffet was ok.

We've stayed at other hotels in Biloxi in the past, and this was by far one of the nicer hotels. A little off strip, but an easy uber ride to the strip, if you don't want to walk there. Smoke free was my favorite part. The rooms are large, and well maintained. The staff was very helpful from check in to checkout. We will definitely stay again next time we're heading to Biloxi.

My wife and I have stayed at this Casino numerous times and have had nothing but the best. This time when we awake the next morning to take a shower before we checked out the shower was not working you could not move the lever to turn it on. Upon checking out and reporting it to the front desk, all I got was next time call maintenance. I thought that was rude I thought that there would be a little more empathy I'm sorry

This was one of the best stays I have experienced. The room was clean, as well as convenient restaurants on site. The water pressure was great and the shower (hot water) was phenomenal! I’m already looking into booking The Palace for my next trip to the Gulf Coast!
