Our couple's trip to IP was AMAZING! Every staff member that we encountered was so kind, helpful, and personable. We spent time at everything that the resort offered except for the spa and Tein. The food was so good, the music at Chill on the weekend was such a vibe! I will recommend to everyone to go here!

The stay was great the only bad thing is the arcade for children wasn't open after everyone told my 5 year old daughter it was. We found out that the hotel doesn't own the arcade and the man that does works a regular job during the week. If the man would hire someone to work for him it would be great. But the hotel staff and everything else was top notch

Ongoing renovations during stay. Wasn’t loud or messy. Unfortunately we did have a card citing that cleaning would now be available but to call for towels or toiletries. New rooms are beautiful and comfortable. Parking is a mess but that was the case before renovations started.

It was easy to check in I think her name was Michelle she was very nice and polite and had a beautiful smile and the staff was great at giving directions the food was GREAT and on point and it didn't take long for them to bring us our food it took no longer than 8 minutes after ordering and it was hot and the parking easy self parking let me just say it was everything was Awesome this is a 5 star resort in my eyes it is ( just make sure when you come make sure you bring alot of money)

Nice place

The property itself is nice, the rooms are fine and they are remodeling so it'll probably be nicer in the future. Has a great pool and hot tub and friendly staff. No microwave included in the room, but you can rent one for $30, which is a little ridiculous. The food available at most places is pretty average, but satisfying. The only exception to this is the Bayview cafe, don't waste your time there. Most of the extra restaurants and bars are closed during the week, so the options are a little limited. Overall not a bad stay, but don't expect anything too outstanding.
