My daughter and I came solely for the spa services and it was a phenomenal experience for a great price compared to some resorts. Only problem we had was we stayed on the side that had airport lights shining up on the building and it literally kept us awake all night both nights. My daughter is 7 mos. pregnant so that wasn’t fair to her. Was like being on broadway. Their black out curtains didn’t go high enough to keep out such bright lights. I emailed and didn’t ever get a response to be able to move to an inside room. So if you get room 1609, say “No thanks give me another room”. There is no room service for clean towels so be prepared for that and ask for clean towels. Pool was fantastic!! Had a huge screen tv to watch college football (we are huge football fans). Outside of zero sleep we enjoyed our stay. Close by to historical restaurants (Mary Mahoney’s and Jazzeppi’s).

The staff was amazing. Every need was attended to within a few minutes. They have body, shampoo and conditioner already in the shower. The room was clean and the bed was just soft enough to get a good night's sleep.

The staff and service were courteous and helpful. There was no fault there. The room was spacious and clean. It was quiet. However - I had a non-smoking room with the expectation that I would not be subjected to the smoke smell in the hall or my room. I also expected a dark room. I had lights shining under the door from the hall and lights from the outside of the room shining through the top of the curtains at night. For someone who sleeps in a dark room, this is not conducive to resting comfortable. Also, I came back to the room on Friday, September 26th after spending the day off site. When I walked down the hall, I smelled the distinct odor of smoke. When I walked into my room, the odor of smoke coming in from the ventilation system caused me to experience a continuous coughing spasm that caused trouble breathing. I called the front desk, and they offered to move me to another room. That would have meant me packing up and moving for my one night. I declined that because I was already established in the room. They sent someone up to spray the room and the carpet. The question to ponder is this - If a room is supposedly smoke-free and is advertised & sold as such, wouldn't it behoove the facility to ensure that they made sure the room was what it was advertised to be? Ventilation should work correctly. Also, one also wonders why you have to walk through a smoking casino to reach the non-smoking section. Why not put the non-smoking part on the first floor?

The room was medicore. It was dated. Needed more outlets. Outlets on the dated lamps didnt work. Room should come with 2 parking passes. We just parked in the regular parking and it took a while, and a few wrong turns to park. Checked in with 3 people, only 2 towels in the room. It also smelled musky.

Fabulous stay

My Particular room was newly remodeled. It is beautiful .. no tub-nice marbled walk in shower. Nikia at check in very nice. This is our go-to hotel for most weekend getaways for great concerts. I really enjoyed The Chill Lounge after the concert. Live band -Fever Dream was there. Absolutely fabulous! They were great!
