Had an excellent stay. Food was good and the room was great. They are refurbishing the rooms and the result is amazing. I got to stay in one of the refurbished rooms with a wonderful view of the gulf and the bayside. I've stayed in five star hotels before that did not have rooms this nice. Service was great and the price was good for a three night stay.

The casino/hotel was very nice. It didn’t have that smokey smell when you walked into the hotel which was very nice. The food was good and the staff were very friendly. I would definitely recommend this hotel i would definitely bypass other hotel/casino's and stay here.

One thing i did not like was the pillows. They were very hard, and our waitress at the bar restaurant was not very good . But the food was great.

Get what you pay for

I love the spa & the employees there but the amount of noise heard from our room on a Thursday night was ridiculous. I barely slept from the door to the stairs slamming constantly & rattling my furniture. Smoking anything and everything on a non smoking floor. Apparently the fire alarm went off but no one in my group ever heard it. We only knew because they announced that the elevators were down until the fire department cleared the code after the alarm. Pool service is insanely slow. The air in our room technically worked but the room never got cold. We go every year for the spa but will probably try another next trip.

Really enjoy staying at the IP and all it has to offer .. Absolutely loved the spa and pool. My only complaint are the beds to not give it a 5 star .. they were so uncomfortable but other than that really like the IP

The check out process was horrible. I was locked out of my room and had to be escorted by security. Long wait time to speak with someone at the front desk. There were only two people working the front desk.
