Everything was great except the housekeeping checked Sunday they didn’t clean the rooms no day had to call housekeeping just to get some clean towels didn’t spread the bed or put new sheets or anything but other than that everything was great the people was nice and friendly

It was very smoky, our AC was broken and they didn’t move us, I fell from the unsafe tub setup. They didn’t fix the AC until the next day after keeping us up working on it until 2:00 am it was very hard to get into the restaurants in the hotel they were always booked up. They told us they would give us a $50 voucher for one of the restaurants because we had so much trouble but when we went to check out, they had not given us a $50 voucher I had to fight with the lady behind the counter and asked for a manager, they told us because we went through a third-party there wasn’t much they could do about it. They finally gave us the 50 voucher.
