Booked non smoking room. First room was not clean had cigarette butts on counter. Someone painted ladies genitalia on the mirror with what hopefully was lotion and not bodily fluids. The room also smelled of smoke. Second room was a little less dirty and had missing furniture and was a mess nice room in general. When I called the seatk to complain of the marijuana smoke smell I was told to book the platinum. Tower in the future as with new marijajuana laws they could not prevent medical Smoking in the rooms.

We had a great weekend trip for my son’s 21st birthday. Our room in the Platinum tour was nice with an awesome view of the strip. It did smell a little of smoke despite being a non-smoking room. All the employees we encountered were nice. We plan to make another weekend trip soon.

We will never stay here again! While the rates are attractive when compared to the surrounding hotels, you get what you pay for. Our first room, non smoking, had a very strong odor of stale cigarettes. The second night, we asked to move room because of the over powering smell of marijuana, the hotel staff was an accommodating. But unfortunately, this second room also non smoking, had a stronger odor of cigarette smoke and on top of it had a dirty face cloth in bathroom and used tissue next to bed. Don’t stay here unless you smoke!

I love the lobby and all of the restaurants!! The room was clean but sticky floors. Service was slow at all food locations and pool bar was minimally staffed. Not sure why every restaurant had issues with slow service, that needs to be improved but overall had a nice stay.

The rooms are terribly outdated. There’s a bug space under the bathroom door which leads to no privacy to use the toilet. The place smelled horrible upon arrival. It smelled like someone had a bowel movement in the room soon before we arrived. The bathroom fan was still on. The sitting chair was faded. A part in the bed was broken. Horrible!

Room did not have any blankets till 1:30am and we checked into the hotel at 4:30pm prior. Room smelled like cigarettes, toilet was running all night. Totally not worth the amount spent for my mother’s day experience.

Platinum tower was not that great

We paid extra to stay in the platinum tower on this stay. The room was the worst we have had at any of our stays. While it was quieter, the room itself was run down and in disrepair. The shower was hard to work and it leaked. The toilet paper holder was barely attached to the wall. The carpet was dingy.
