I stayed in the Platinum Towers, P505. The toilet paper holder was falling off the wall, the closet doors didn’t close, light in the shower didn’t work, you could hear people’s conversations clearly in the next hotel room when in the bathroom as if they were in the same room as you. Parking lots were filthy. Hard Rock Cafe staff were amazing!!!!

I really didn’t like the fact that we had to make 2 trips from the parking garage to bring luggage, which was tiring. Wonder why luggage carts weren’t provided. As nice as the hotel is I wouldn’t go there again. That was too far of a walk carrying luggage, not to mention to make 2 trip checking in and out.

Alot of the things in hotel were closed because it wasnt a holiday, the room was in very rough shape for "Luxury" the furniture was pretty dinged up and dated was a nice place when it opened 20 years ago.on our floor ice machine was broken and vending machine was almost empty.

The entire hotel, casino and restaurants are very smoky. Even non-smoking rooms smell like smoke. Staff was amazing but we probably won’t go back because there were people smoking all over the hotel. Even waiting to check into our room.

This was the first time we stayed where there was a lot of kids running around till all hours, it was way more than your ordinary kids. They don’t clean the rooms daily, so make sure you have enough towels to last. Room was really outdated. The bathroom door barely worked, you had to jiggle the door handle just for room to lock.
