They don’t have any housekeeping. We stayed for four nights and never did anyone come clean our room. Called down for towels and wash rags the second day and had to call a second time (3-4hrs later) and request them again. Ordered room service the first night we were there and they forgot half our order. The kitchen staff member who brought the food said she would be back with the rest. Let’s just say we didn’t see her the rest of the stay there. 0/10. Horrible experience. Horrible room. Horrible customer service. NEVER will stay here again.

The sliding glass door to the shower/toilet kept sticking and hard to open/close. Area above sliding door had mildew/mold on wall/ceiling. Frosted sliding glass door did not provide privacy.

Not a great visit for me but overall the hotel was clean and staff was extremely nice. I had some issues but they responded quickly and professionally. Disappointed that valet is no longer there and that it is difficult to get help via the phone. ( there isn't an option for the front desk or an operator ) Also, the front desk is no longer a place to get much help. They only do check in and check out. It didn't used to be that way. So, if you have questions about your room etc... you have to contact XYZ. Besides that, it was an ok place.

Smelled like cigarette smoke in our non smoking room. No window to open to air it out. Shower was dirty, hairs left in it. The staff is not friendly and having too much fun talking to each other.

Stinky Room

The Hard Rock was very nice however our room smelled very musty. I complained to management but they did nothing. Their floor staff sprayed the carpet but this still did nothing to the smell. I came home all my clothes had to be washed to get smell out. Terrible smell.

The day we checked in, we could not even go to the pool. It was closed due to a private event that we were not made aware of so that was wasted time the next day there was a nail sticking out the foot of the bed, and it stuck into my leg, scratch my leg. It’s still healing. I did call and make a report of this and have not heard back from anyone from hard rock at all so there was just different issues that did not make it a very exciting stay

Front desk staff were not customer friendly, too busy applying lipstick instead of calling next customer up, not enough staff for the customers checking in. Mix up in rooms, and I was charged for 2 rooms for 1 night stay and when asked to have this corrected I was transferred to several different people and then asked to leave a message. Still waiting for a return call, NOT A GOOD EXPERIENCE AT ALL.
