Housekeeping never came to my room the entire week, so I didn’t get a chance to get any towels exchanged. I worked with the 2 towels but it did suck to not have any washcloths. The door to my room didn’t close without force. The light in my bathroom was out and even though I called for it to be fixed, it never truly got fixed. It went out after flipping the switch and never came on again the rest of the stay. They did replace my TV that was going out and took out the stopper so the tub could drain while showering. They kept the dining area clean. Staff was very nice. AC worked well just slightly noisy but not terrible. Overall like a 3-3.5

First. The staff was absolutely amazing. Best hotel I've stayed in, probably ever. The room was extremely nice and it smelled so good. Only bad experience was I left my pillows.

Great experience! Our room was so clean, the staff is very friendly and welcoming. Also the breakfast was exceptional, if you’re looking for a great room at a good price, surrounded by restaurants then this is your spot. This location is probably 8-10 min from the beach.
