Old, dusty, needs renovated. Avoid this place. Checked into a junior suite with ocean view. Nice view, but that’s where it ended. Sheets were dirty and had hairs on them. Called for more sheets, those were even more stained. Non smoking room smelled like smoke. Literally EVERYTHING was dusty. Open a drawer, dust cloud. Headboard, dust covered. Bathroom light was out. TV remote did not work. Had to call downstairs four times to get a call back. Ice bucket, no bag and standing water at bottom. Jacuzzi, clean but dusty, jets worked well. All the furniture is old and damaged. Every corner was chipped and the hinges not aligned. Had to pick up the cabinet doors before you closed it or it would not shut. Sink was corroded and dirty. Air works, but room stayed humid. Staff was very polite. Food was okay, but nothing special. Enjoyed the pool, could be cleaner and better patrolled. Parking was awful. Worst of all the casinos.

Bad service

The ice machine was broken on my floor no extra towels no refrigerator. Then when you ask for extra tiles, they look at the crazy service was terrible The soap dispenser was empty in the bathroom. Nobody answers the phone at the front desk wherever the phone go.

A lot has changed since Covid. No valet, luggage carts are VERY hard to find. No help with luggage. Fridge in room now costs even though room is listed as "Luxury". Felt like a motel 6, complained and was moved. Clock didn't work, Phone was missing plastic informational sheet, lamp shades were dirty or crooked on arrival. Disappointed with this stay. Won't be back there.
