Ended up leaving and getting a refund. The pet charges are not as advertised and the staff blamed expedia/orbitz. Have stayed before with no issues but will not book again.

It’s easy off the interstate. The room was a good size. There is no Kleenex, no hair dryer, no coffee pot, no hand towel ( only a bath towel and wash cloth), no cooking utensils.

I was able to open the window which was nice. The bed was way too low to the ground which was terrible because it was an ADA room. The mattress was very thin and uncomfortable for my boyfriend

Our bedding was dirty when we went to go to bed and my husband had to go tell the lady our bed was dirty and very rude she says pull your bedding off and Bring it to me I will give you new bedding if it wasn’t 11pm and didn’t drive for 4 hour I would have left and I will be calling the health department on Monday it was nasty

Staff is rude. The rooms are not comfortable but made for like construction workers and long term staying. On hard floors, cabinets everywhere, and the worst part was the bed. Cheap and super soft beds on a cheap frame. I cannot sleep on soft beds so immediately I requested to cancel as it would hurt my back. They refused when I did not even stay there.

No hand towels. No coffee machine. No guest services. No utensils of any kind in the kitchenette. No ice machine, no cups or glasses. The place is stripped bare like they just auctioned off everything you are accustomed to having in a suite.

The clerk was very good and a 1st floor room. Everything in the room was very with the exception of just a more padded bed. Bed was good but a tad thin.

Clean and great price

We missed our connecting flight so we needed a quick room for the night. Room was clean and comfortable, building is new and built last year. We got a “king suite” that had a kitchen. Strange thing is - there was no coffee maker and no hair dryer. Not the end of the world but… even motel 6 has a coffee maker and a blow dryer so I was just surprised. Overall a clean and newer place to stay and the price is right!
