We initially were given a room with a strong smell of smoke. The front desk was extremely apologetic, and moved us to a room that smelled normal, which we had no issues with. That said, the hallways were dirty, and the breakfast was not good.

When I entered the property I was greeted by Erika and another lady. They were both very pleasant with great conversation. Erika help me and she was outstanding with her friendly personality. Erika gave me advice and assistance where to park my Harley Davidson for security reasons and I really appreciated her extra attention. A customer can stay anywhere and many hotels offer much of the same service, but what separates each company is staff members— like Erika. Her attention to friendly service and going a step further is something another hotel Cannot offer. Thanks Erika for a job well done. And a honorable mention to the other staff lady on duty.

The parking for a trailer was good. The staff have problems. I called the desk, was put on hold. After 15 mins I called back. The gal had forgotten I was on hold. This happened twice. I had to go down to the desk to speak to someone. I left something in the room. I called after I checked out and describe the item, left my phone number and said I'd stop back in a werk. I came back, the reception gal said the item had been found, (I was not called), it was seen on a desk with a post-it note the day before, but was nowhere to be found & was never found with me standing there.

Bathtub faucet no. Stopped dripped. Fridge in room was clearly at issue as there was a wet spot on the rug in front of it. Blanket on the bed was dirty Too long of a day to change rooms. Let then know when I left. Sad.

Our room felt very moist from the air conditioner. We had to turn if off because it made the room feel gross. Breakfast was horrible we went down 45 mins before it was over the place was a mess and there was hardly anything left. No breads just yogurt and cereal available.

Clean, need more comfortable pillow

Room is clean. No smell of any sort, which is great as many other places have strong detergent smell. Breakfast is sufficient, no sausage or meat pattie, no fresh fruit (has small canned fruit). Good yogurt choices. However, Bedding and pillow are not very comfortable. Sound proof is poor. Room is spacious.
