Fantastic hotel located in the heart of Downtown Billings. This is a well-run ship with friendly people who care, attention to detail, and cleanliness. I have stayed at other hotels in Billings and I think this is the best one by far. The Doubletree across the street would be their top competitor, but my stay there wasn't as pleasant. The area is great for walkability and dining options. I cannot say enough good things about the Northern!!!

We have stayed at this property a number of times and the Hotel and surrounding area remains very good. Would not recommend either of the two dining options. Bernies Diner was a so so option for breakfast and lunch. Ten, which is their “fine dining” restaurant for dinner was poor at best. Highly inflated prices for well below average food quality.

Broken Glass Danger No Refund

Glass shattered all over my husband while he was changing; the hotel claimed they would refund the stay; dangerous; front desk gave us another room; we never got a refund; we stopped here 2 times from NY to Washington NEVER AGAIN!
