Staff was nice and lobby was clean. Room was dirty, had jellybeans and debris behind the nightstands. Pool had floating white smelly particles in the water. It was smelling in the room as well. Overall mildew smell in hotel.

The whole place stunk. It had a funky smell. The food was terrible and tasted rotten. The floor was sticky and you couldn't walk around without shoes. This hotel needs a complete remodel. It is stinky!

Very bad experience!!

This was the most horrible experience I’ve ever had at a hotelroom. There was bedbugs inside the pillowcases. I saw two of them. I would NOT recommend anybody staying here, especially if you don’t want bedbugs. It’s a very disgusting place. I paid for two days and had to check out and they did not reimburse me. Very unprofessional and not respectable, I can’t believe they didn’t reimburse me after I paid two days and the bedbugs were not my fault, this was almost unbelievable to be frankly honest. So me and my family had to find another hotel that night on the other side of the freeway at the sleep Inn, at 2 o’clock in the morning it was so frustrating, it literally killed the whole vibe of taking a vacation. May 3, 2025.
The bed bug we found, I shook it off the pillowcase, and it was on the floor.

Not what we expected

There were no bath towels in the room. No instructions for calling the front desk. I booked an accessible room but it definitely wasn't. The front desk person was not helpful when I asked about places in the area that would deliver food. He said "Use Door Dash". There was a horrible smell in the hallway, most likely someone smoking marijuana out there. All in all, it was very disappointing.

Not a great stay

The floor in our room was so dirty if you walked barefoot your feet would turn black. The shower curtain was too long and dingy and yellow on the bottom. When trying to get in through the “A” entrance we had to use a key but the key would get bent after having to use multiple attempts for it to unlock. Then your key would be too bent to use on your room door.

This was an absolute nightmare. This should be a ZERO STAR. I showed up to this hotel on 4/25/25. The first room they gave me, the door didn’t open (we tried 3 times). Second room they gave me, it was 90 degrees, dirty, beds were slept in, trash and dirty towels all over (the iron was on). The third room they gave me- the room didn’t have a mattress and was not clean. The fourth room they gave me had people in it!!! When I went to the office the last time, the front desk person- who is not a nice person, told me that he didn’t have anymore rooms for me. I asked for my money back and he said there was NO REFUND! It has been 5 days, still don’t have a response from the manager (who you have to email). The next day I called and another employee answered, I told him the story and I asked if they have cameras, he goes, yes we have cameras, why do you want to know that. I said because I am writing a statement to my lawyer to get my money back! He goes, oh is that a threat, we don’t have to do business together anymore. HA- I told him you already took my money for ZERO service!!!! All I want is my money back. I paid for two nights, I had children with me and it was very traumatic. There is so much more to the story but these are the biggest parts! **DO NOT GO TO THIS HOTEL** I also filed a report with the police department, my bank and all parties involved. Next is my lawyer to get my money back.
