The room was clean, quiet, and easy to control temperature. There was no phone or remote in the room. Got a remote upon request. Elevator functioning was intermittent. Morning breakfast and coffee not available at scheduled times. Not advised at check in that there would be no housekeeping service unless requested.

The location was good because of the quietness. I didn't like that the tub and toilet was still dirty and they never changed out the comforter. I had human hair on it and it was dingy. I will not stay there again.

There was no hot water in the whole building. The staff told me at check in they had a plumber coming that night to fix the problem. It was never fixed. The next morning there was also no breakfast available. No apology or explanation given. No refund or discount given. I know stuff breaks down sometimes but make it up to customers

the shower had hairs in it, floor was not cleaned properly in the washroom and there was chips on the floor by the bed! the couch was soiled and dirty! not a good experience.
