Central location, compact and clean and tidy.

Fantastic location in the centre of the city just a short walk from the main food and drink square and close to the market. Compact rooms very clean and modern. Excellent staff. But no car park so need to use one of the ones nearby.

This hotel is in a great location. The hop on hop off bus stop is right across the street so we didn't need to go far to pick that up. There is a restaurant next door that was great. It's also walkable to other sites. I would recommend.

I’ve stayed with them for more than five times I like the location I like the hotel I like the cleanliness I like everything but the last two times they lied to me, conned me, and tried to downgrade me into different rooms the last time which was during June 23 to July 1 my 64th birthday this time they did not correct it and I was forced to pay an extra $800 to get the room that I paid for originally which they sent me pictures of and I have pictures of the last few times I’ve stayed here so I know the building. I know the hotel. I was going there since they opened it up in 2019 But this time they’re a bunch of liars and misled me and robbed me. I am very unhappy until this is taken care of I’m going to try to pursue this another directions and it’s not the money. It’s the principles they took advantage of me. I don’t know what it is. Maybe because I’m an American maybe because I’m an older Person. But I feel I was discriminated against and I never used that term ever but this time it wouldn’t go away. I tried through my orbit connection. They told me they would work on it. Nothing it’s a bunch of lies and I really like the place I’m not saying anything bad about it, but they insisted on robbing me for a lousy $800 and not give me the room that I paid for which I’ve already done three times prior to the same room which I have pictures of photos. I have all my receipts and I feel they misled me and you could go have fun. Good luck they gave me the worst room in the building I

Great hotel in center of town. Metro just 5 mins. Shopping in 7 mins walk. Hope on n off opposite hotel. Only one complain, No kettle for tea lovers. However hotel has coffee machine which one can use hot water for tea. Very good hotel. Good buffet bfast. Will definitely use NYX again.

Had a great time and on the whole the hotel was very good, especially in terms of location and helpful staff. Room was very clean, Reception was helpful and plenty to see and do on the doorstep. My one niggle was the roof terrace was closed and there was no indication as to why or prior notice. This would have been great if open especially due to the location of the hotel. The only other slight issue was the coffee in the room wasn’t good at all, but there are plenty of places to grab something better. Would recommend.

The location of this property is fantastic—everything is within walking distance, including the bus station, restaurants, and markets. However, the service left much to be desired. We never received a response when we asked for help making a reservation, and during our stay, there seemed to be a rotation of young receptionists, none of whom offered consistent assistance. It felt more like staying in a dorm than a hotel—except the price didn’t match that dorm-like experience.
