Big Sky Basin - Hot Tub & Game Room

Visit a luxury mountain home in Big Sky, Montana, an ideal retreat for year-round adventures. With breathtaking mountain views from every room, a private hot tub, a gym, and a range of amenities, this home is your gateway to memorable Big Sky adventures. It accommodates up to 12 guests, so it's perfect for a large group getaway.

Note: There is a security camera in the front of the house.

WILDLIFE WARNING
Bear and moose season runs from July to mid-November, so you might encounter these wildlife roaming around near the property. Please exercise caution and follow our guidelines for food and trash disposal. Bringing bear spray is recommended when going out.

As an additional precaution, please ensure all exterior doors remain closed at all times to help prevent wildlife and critters from entering the home.

PET POLICY
Our pet fee is $350/stay charged at check-out. The fee goes to the cleaner for the extra work required after a pet stays. Pets are strictly prohibited in beds, indoor or outdoor furniture, or spa facilities.

WEATHER
If you are planning a stay with us during snowy weather, we strongly recommend arriving in a 4WD vehicle with snow protection on wheels, as roads leading to the property may be icy during this time. Ensuring your vehicle is equipped to handle winter conditions and driving carefully will help make your arrival as smooth and safe as possible.

NO AC
This home has no AC, but you may adjust or turn off the heat using the thermostat. Fans are provided to help in regulating the home's temperature. Note, however, that there is no ceiling fan in the fitness center.

Please note that this is not a ski-in/ski-out property. The home is located just off Lone Mountain Trail and adjacent to ski trails, with the resort base area approximately 10 minutes away by car.

We had an absolutely amazing time during our stay! The home was clean and comfortable, the hot tub was warm, clean, and not overly chlorinated, and the views from the living room window were incredible. The kitchen was also very well stocked, which made cooking together easy. Our group had a fantastic time spending an extended ski weekend at Big Sky.The only minor issue we encountered was a miscommunication at the beginning of our stay, but it was resolved that same evening, which we appreciated. Overall, we had a wonderful experience.

Perfect Stay!!!

Wow! This house was perfect for our 5 couples! Even the “kids” rooms downstairs were comfortable for adults. Plenty of bathrooms throughout the house. The views, the amenities, the location, all of it! 5 stars allllll the way!
