Nice place but lacking in cleanliness and operational instructions. Downstairs patio was dirty, plied with leaves, and furniture piled in the corner. Dishwasher smelled. No instructions for various remotes. Electric shades were semi-operable. Yard and flower beds unkept. No instructions for trash bins. Coffee pot was dirty. Spider webs in ceiling corners. Needed TLC.

The home is lovely. The management company was responsive when reached out. There were cleanliness issues that management worked to address during our stay.
