Staff was extremely nice and helpful. Room was accommodating however, lighting is extremely dim. Could not see to put my contacts or makeup on. Parking with a large vehicle was a bit difficult. Location is good and food suggestions were great.

Professional, friendly staff. Easy peazy check in and front desk was amazing. Offered tons of information regarding shopping, dining and trail experiences. Clean rooms, cozy comfortable beds, great decor too.

Whenever I go skiing at summit or big bear I always stay here. It’s literally right next to summit and has that mountain vibe. Highly recommend. Staff is friendly rooms clean and nicely decorated.
