This spacious home has it all! Located on a quiet cul-de-sac, it offers 2,512 sq ft of indoor space & sits on a 1/3-acre lot.
- Main Living Area: Large family room with vaulted ceilings, foosball table, arcade game, gas-burning native stone fireplace with a raised hearth & half log mantle.
- Kitchen: Remodeled with bar seating, open living space & a large dining area. Fully stocked with table settings for 13, cookware, spices & coffee.
- First Bedroom (Upstairs): Queen bed, reading nook, attached bathroom with soaking tub & shower.
- Second Bedroom (Upstairs): Queen bed, shares a full bathroom with the third bedroom.
- Third Bedroom (Upstairs): Queen bed, shares a full bathroom with the second bedroom.
- Fourth Bedroom (Downstairs): Bunk bed (single over full).
- Fifth Bedroom (Downstairs): Bunk bed (single over full) & a single bed. Shares a separate bathroom in the hallway.
- Outdoor Area: Large deck with dining space, oversized jacuzzi, backyard with a swing (use at your own risk) & a horseshoe game.

As required by Big Bear Lake policy (not ours), you'll need to agree to and sign the City of Big Bear Lake's "Good Neighbor Policy" before gaining access to the house. We’ll also need to verify your identification. This process can be completed electronically, or you can visit our check-in office if you prefer.
