Bathroom (Ground Floor): Beautifully tiled and spacious main bathroom with bath and rain shower over bath with attachment, washbasin, WC and heated towel radiator.
Utility Area : Spacious utility room with washing machine, ideal for coats and walking boots, also for storing surfboards.
Living room (First Floor): Spacious open living area with large comfortable corner sofa, two armchairs, Smart TV and DVD player, Wi-Fi, stereo system and patio doors opening onto a furnished balcony

Garden: A main enclosed patio area outside the property is furnished with a table and chairs and a BBQ and is the perfect spot to unwind in the evening. There are two further patio areas outside 2 of the bedrooms.

Security Deposit: This property has a refundable Accidental Damage Deposit of £200, which is payable with the final balance of your holiday, ten weeks prior to your arrival, and is refunded within 7 working days of your departure.

52 Greenway Drive, brought to you by Cottages On The Coast, is located on a small exclusive development between the popular surfing resort of Westward Ho! and Northam Burrows Country Park. This 4 acre site offers private access to Northam Burrows which is part of the UK's first designated UNESCO Biosphere Reserve and adjoins the Royal North Devon Golf Club. The Golf Club can rightly claim to be the cradle of English Golf. Founded in 1864, it is the oldest golf course in the country.

This prime coastal property is within easy walking distance of the beach and all village amenities including shops, pubs, restaurants and tea rooms. Perfect for a family holiday, the blue flag beach has a 2 mile stretch of golden sand offers an opportunity to enjoy surfing, wind surfing, kayaking and dog walking. If you would like a change of scene, there is so much to explore within easy driving distance, including the pretty fishing village of Appledore, the picturesque coastal village of Clovelly, the historic port town of Bideford and other beach resorts of Croyde and Woolacombe.
