SETTING & AMBIANCE

Located in Biarritz's Saint-Charles district, this townhouse with 4 suites (one of which is self-contained) and a children's area (2 bedrooms) is ideally suited to family gatherings, with capacity for 8 persons.

THE HOUSE

The property comprises a main house and a garage with an independent suite. The two are separated by a terrace.
As you enter the main house, you'll immediately enjoy a living space that can be split into two parts: a comfortable lounge with a beautiful fireplace and TV, and a room with a long desk running along the wall. The latter can be insulated with a thick curtain.
From here, two steps down to the right lead to a large, well-equipped kitchen with bay windows opening directly onto the terrace and a small pond forming the property's inner courtyard. Then, in a row, you'll reach a suite comprising a shower room with WC and a bedroom overlooking the terrace.
If you choose the left-hand side, a magnificent staircase leads to the sleeping quarters. On the first level, you'll find a suite, bedroom and bathroom, then on the second level a children's area with 2 bedrooms, a shower room and separate toilet.
The garage can be accessed either via a door in the courtyard, or directly from the street via a sectional door. Inside, you'll find a washing machine and tumble dryer.
A staircase leads to a terrace above the garage. From here, you enter a vast suite.

PRACTICAL SIDE

The house has a garage. However, it is small and cannot accommodate a large vehicle (only city type).
Access to convenience stores in 3 minutes on foot.
Access to the Miramar beach in 5 minutes on foot and 8 minutes to the main beach.
