Located near Béziers, home Syrah is a rural part of HAMLET MONTPLAISIR.
The house has a terrace and can accommodate up to 6 people in low season. From July 21 to August 18, it is twinned with the terraced house, Merlot. The whole (Le Carignan) can then accommodate 12 people. It can only be rented for a minimum of one week starting on Saturday.
The 12m x 6m pool is shared with the Cabernet season.
On the ground floor :
1 living room with a kitchenette and a corner toilet.
Side equipment you will be in absolute comfort: dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, kettle, coffee maker, iron and ironing board, refrigerator-freezer, barbecue, TV, DVD player, stereo.
The linen is entirely provided (sheets, towels, tea towels, tablecloths), it is changed every Saturday.
Upstairs :
1 double bedroom with en-suite bathroom (bath, washbasin, WC)
2 rooms with 2 beds with bathroom en suite (shower, washbasin, WC)
Private swimming pool from July 21 to August 18 (Carignan). The rest of the year, it can be shared with Cabernet.
On arrival, a deposit of 500 € will be payable either in cash or by check.
