## Space
Our chalet is perfect for a vacation with family or friends. Located within a campground, it allows you to enjoy all the campground has to offer.
The chalet features:
- A BEAUTIFUL LIVING ROOM: Relax on a comfortable sofa, perfect for unwinding in the evenings. You can also prepare delicious home-cooked meals. You’ll find: stovetop, oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, as well as a Dolce Gusto coffee machine, a kettle, and everything you need for cooking.
- A FIRST BEDROOM: Equipped with 2 twin beds (90x200cm) and a dressing area.
- A SECOND BEDROOM: Equipped with a standard bed (140x200cm) and a dressing area as well.
- A BATHROOM: Relax under the shower, where towels and a hairdryer are provided.
## Access
Access to the accommodation is simple and flexible. You’ll have the entire chalet to yourself so you can feel right at home.
SELF-CHECK-IN: You can check in independently starting at 5:00 PM using a key box. The code will appear in your digital welcome booklet at the time of your arrival.
PARKING: The property has a parking spot in front of the chalet, but you can also park in the lot in front of the campground, just a few meters from the property.

AVAILABILITY: Although check-in is self-service, we are available 7 days a week until 11 PM via messaging on the booking platform or by phone.
LOCAL GUIDE: You will receive your personalized digital guidebook before your arrival. It’s packed with our local recommendations: the best restaurants, the most charming cafés, must-see attractions, and Brive’s best-kept secrets so you can experience life like a local. You’ll also receive special offers from our partners.
SERVICES ON REQUEST: Please don’t hesitate to contact us with any special requests (baby bed, high chair, taxi reservation, etc.). We’ll do our best to accommodate you.
## Neighborhood
The chalet is nestled within a campground offering several activities:
- 2 seasonal outdoor pools are available: a covered, heated pool from April through September and an outdoor pool from May through September, open from 9 AM to 8 PM;
- On-site entertainment: multi-purpose sports court, children’s playground, bocce court, ping-pong tables, multi-sport field… The necessary equipment for these activities is not provided;
- Pay-per-use laundry room with washing machines and dryers;
- Please note that the residence’s bread delivery service is exclusively for guests of the park’s management company; we do not have access to it. You will find a bakery in the village of Beynat, a 5-minute drive away;
- The residence offers private access to the lake. There is an entrance fee (2 euros) from July 1 to August 31;

## Notes
To ensure a pleasant stay for everyone, please take note of the following important information:
HOUSE RULES: The property is non-smoking. Pets are not allowed. Parties and events are not permitted. Respect for the neighborhood is essential between 10 PM and 8 AM.
CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT: Check-in from 5 PM / Check-out by 10 AM. Flexibility is possible depending on our availability; please feel free to request it. For any check-out between 11 AM and 1 PM, a supplement of €10 per hour will be charged.
CLEANING: Cleaning fees include a full cleaning of the accommodation as well as the provision of bed linens and household linens.
DEPOSIT: A deposit will be required if you book through certain platforms. It will not be charged to your account but will be held in reserve.
DIGITAL WELCOME GUIDE: A digital welcome guide will be sent to you as soon as your reservation is confirmed. To access the guide, you will need to enter your contact information, agree to the house rules, and upload a copy of your ID.
