Spacious family friendly cedar log cabin, located in a private and peaceful mountainside setting near Sunday River. Plenty of room to relax and enjoys the delights of the Sunday River and Bethel area. Very close to Sunday River and Gorham. Also near North Conway, Mount Washington, and Franconia Notch.
Indoors:
Top Floor: Spacious master bedroom suite with king size bed, smart TV, walk in closet, deluxe en suite full bathroom with twin vanities. The landing area has a designated remote work space and sofa.
First Floor: Comfortable couches and cozy blankets to relax by the fire, plenty of seating for mealtimes, modern, well equipped kitchen with new appliances. These include Ninja coffee system, Keurig, griddle, crockpot, blender, new LG oven and refrigerator with ice maker.
Two spacious bedrooms with queen beds, closets, smartTVs, and a full bathroom. Outside is a wraparound deck with Adirondack chairs to relax in and take in the breathtaking mountain views. There’s also a picnic table to eat meals outside, and corn hole set for outdoor entertainment.
Ground Floor: Bedroom with two sets of bunk beds and a closet, full bathroom, laundry closet with washer & dryer, huge entertainment room with bar seating and couches. Games include shuffleboard, board games, large TV and a corn hole set to use outdoors.
Outdoors:
6 person hot tub and large patio area with ample seating, and a fire table to sit around on cooler evenings. Nearby is the Solo smokeless fire pit and Adirondack chairs where you can relax and cook s’mores. This beautiful home is located in a secluded, peaceful wooded setting with picturesque Mountain View’s, especially at sunrise and sunset. This home has a heated garage and is equipped with a back up generator should the area lose power in a storm.
Make yourself comfortable in this air-conditioned cabin, which features a fireplace and a Smart TV. There's a private balcony. A kitchen is outfitted with a refrigerator, an oven, and a stovetop. Complimentary wireless internet access is available to keep you connected.

Beautiful, spacious house with everything we could have possibly needed for a great ski weekend! The hot tub was wonderful. We cooked a great meal in the well-appointed kitchen and enjoyed some football by the fireplace! This house worked perfectly for two families to share.

The house was amazing! Beautiful inside and out. The location was a bit remote from Sunday River but really not a big deal. It slept nine adults and a two year old very comfortably. The master suite on the top floor was gorgeous and the master bath was incredible. Fun game room on the bottom floor and the hot tub was well used after days of skiing. The main floor was very comfortable for lounging and cooking. Very functional kitchen which definitely saved some money versus eating out in Bethel. Nikki and John were great hosts, everything was well laid out and welcoming. I would definitely recommend this property for a good size group whether skiing or not! Thanks again Nikki and John!!

Beautiful property! Very well appointed. All the kitchen items you could need. Great appliances. Comfortable beds/bedrooms. We had some weather and the plow service was prompt! Close to Bethel shopping and Sunday River. Our hosts responded very quickly with any questions. Very highly recommend!!!

The house was perfect for our reunion of 6 college friends after 35 years. We enjoyed hiking in the area, dining in restaurants in town, but also we cooked at the house and used the BBQ and the fire pit and fire table. It was all very nice. Comfortable. Easy. Thank you! We might come back!

We really enjoyed our stay, connecting with family around the fire, in the hot tub and playing games. The house was great. Plenty of amenities. We enjoyed hiking locally and at Mt. Washington. Also had a nice dinner and enjoyed live music at Sud’s pub.

Sunday River Ski Weekend

Beautiful luxury cabin in a secluded mountain setting. The house very nicely accommodated our family of 8 adults and 3 grandchildren, no one felt cramped for space. Game room on 1st level was a favorite location to relax after skiing. Owners were very responsive to any questions or concerns. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

House is a very pretty log cabin. There was plenty of space in both entertaining areas. Great fireplace upstairs and gameroom downstairs. Great daytime views of the mountain range from a really nice deck. Master bedroom is huge!!!!! Enjoyed our stay and highly recommend.

Great house! Great Hosts! Very clean and plenty of room. We stayed here for our annual daddy daughter ski trip 3 dads and 4 daughters. The basement level is perfect for the kid area with bunk room full bath and tv area..plus close to hot tub! Definitely be looking to come back. Only 20 to Sunday River

Ski Trip to Sunday River

The property was amazing - check in was super easy and the owners were very communicative/helpful in all regards.The home is incredible - Everything you need to make your vacation memorable, with great amenities like the hot-tub and gas fireplace for post skiing activities. The heated garage is a great plus, especially during the winter, and the owners had the driveway plowed for us both before we arrived and before we left. Overall our stay was an incredible experience and I would recommend it to anyone looking for a nice place to rent for a family vacation in Maine.

Gorgeous house near Sunday River

Thank you Nikki and John for sharing your beautiful home with our family. After a last minute decision of sneaking away for a ski weekend, your home was everything that we were looking for. It was clean, spacious, comfortable, we loved the board games, playing cards, and of course the hot tub. Your home is stunning and is only a short drive to Sunday River. You were wonderful to work with and always very responsive to any questions that we had. Thank you again, for your hospitality. The home was amazing. It was very comfortable, well furnished and had all the necessary amenities. We had a little difficulty working the TVs and could not find any instructions as to how to use the TVs but, other than that minor issue, we would highly recommend this property for a ski trip.

Beautiful property close to Sunday River

We really enjoyed our stay at Nikki and John’s place near Sunday River! It’s very spacious and cozy with lots of sweet rustic - yet still modern - details. The hot tub was a huge highlight after a day of skiing. Everything in the house is well labeled so it’s easy to know which light switch turns off which light and where things are. The hosts are great communicators and have a helpful guest book with lots of information about the place and the area. There are lots of games in a full game room. Cozy blankets. Super cute bunk room for the kids. Apple TV in all the rooms. If you are going in the winter, be sure to bring an AWD car as it’s on a steeper hill and the road is unpaved and can be a bit slippery when wet. We had an SUV so this wasn’t an issue. Overall a great stay and we would definitely come back!
