With three bedrooms—including one with a double bed (160 x 190 cm) and washbasin, one with a double and single bed, and another with a double bed—the layout suits families, friends, or multi-generational groups.

The living room features a fireplace, seating area, dining table, TV, and DVD player, while the fully equipped kitchen includes a gas cooker, coffee machine, electric kettle, oven, microwave, dishwasher, and fridge-freezer. A bathroom with shower, washbasin, and separate toilet, plus heating and a high chair, ensure comfort for all ages.

Step outside to enjoy the private, fenced swimming pool (10 × 5 m)—open from April to September—alongside a terrace, garden, BBQ, and garden furniture. Pets are welcome!
