There is no disputing that this accommodation has the Wow factor. It is of the highest standard and kept so by the owner. The location was great for our visit to Berwick as we had our car available. Breakfast was good but had to be ordered the night before and you needed to adhere to the time allocated - so no over-sleeping! Robert (the owner) has high standards and these were appreciated.

Fantastic breakfast, ( try the porridge) the host was a hoot rooms were spotless beautiful building, only 1 gripe needs aids to get in and out of bath/shower, as I suffer from back problems.overall I give it 10/10.fantastic.

Well worth a visit!

Fantastic stay at a beautiful Georgian manor house. Robert was the perfect host and nothing was too much trouble! The house and bedroom are exquisitely decorated to the highest standard and the bed was super comfy. Breakfast was delicious too!

Wonderful short stay

Stayed for two nights in the Cheviot room, which was very spacious and beautifully furnished with great views. Very happy with our choice of hotel and would totally recommend this place.

This is a stunning "Georgian" property in a glorious location with excellent parking facilities. We were met by owner Robert, who showed us to our room and treated us to a slice of home made cake and a hot drink. The room was spacious, very comfortable, quiet, spotlessly clean and had a gorgeous ensuite bathroom. Tea making facilities were provided and everything had been thought of by our wonderful host. Breakfast was delicious and generous and the home made scones were yummy. There are no pubs or restaurants within easy walking distance, but Robert is happy to make recommendations if you wish to drive or take a taxi. All in all we had a lovely stay and would not hesitate to highly recommend this property.

The welcome we received was warm, friendly and very hospitable.Tea and superb, home-baked Victoria sponge were the icing on the cake. Our host was expert in putting his guests at ease. Robert was a brilliant host very welcoming . The Manor is situated in beautiful settings with stuning panoramic views. The rooms are immaculate and breakfast was very good with lots of choice. Five minute drive from Berwick and Robert gave us plenty of advice on where to eat when we went out. Would highly recommend.
