On the upper floor you will find all three bedrooms. Sleeping six comfortably, the bedrooms vary in size slightly although all are well proportioned and the master bedroom enjoys a stunning sea view. The bathroom completes the accommodation with a four piece suite including an elevated double shower.
The property is exceptionally well located to enjoy the surrounding facilities throughout Northumbria and South Scotland. Berwick Rail Station and the A1 are both easily accessible and are within 2 miles of the property. Beach 400 yards. Shops, pubs and restaurants 1 mile.
