Alguns imprevistos, mas nota 9

O imóvel é exatamente como descrito. Perto do centro do condomínio, com todas as amenidades descritas, tem 4 quartos, mas um deles é externo. Alguns pontos negativos que entendemos durante nossa visita: as torneiras dos 2 banheiros sociais não funcionavam corretamente; o chuveiro do banheiro do quarto externo queimou; a área externa estava com diversos pontos com goteiras, inclusive na área da churrasqueira (molhando completamente metade do nosso churrasco em uma ocasião), o que dificultou nossa estadia na parte externa da casa quando chovia; não havia microondas na casa (a existência do mesmo não foi especificada no anúncio, mas foi uma das coisas que sempre tivemos acesso e talvez seja de muita importância para alguns). Fora estes acima mencionados, nossa estadia foi tranquila e sem problemas, a casa é muito bem equipada com tvs e ar condicionado em todos os quartos. A anfitriã nos atendeu de pronto em todos os questionamentos.
