The house has just recently been beautifully renovated to a very high standard offering all the creature comforts that will ensure your stay will be hard to beat the next time you go away.

LOCATION
Located in beautiful Berry with only a short 5 min drive or 30 min walk into town. Set on a beautifully landscaped 1 acer block.

GUESTS
Berry Luxury Retreat is perfect for large groups of up to 20 people. Offering 7 Bedrooms and 3 main living areas.

HEATED POOL
Our salt water pool is perfectly heated all year round so the kids and stay and play in the pool longer all year round. When you get out you can use our outdoor hold/cold shower or relaxing around the massive decking areas.

HOT TUB
Our hot tub is perfectly heated on your arrival to jump in and relax.

WOOD FIRE DINING
Our main attraction is the stunning wood fire oven and outdoor dining experience located in a private backyard setting accomodating 20 guests. Everything you need can be found including hot/cold sink and bar fridge.

UNDERCOVER BBQ & DINING
Located in between the house and pool area with access from the kitchen. This fantastic space allows the adults to eat/drink and relax while the kids enjoy the pool. The seating area accommodates 20 guests.

FIRE PIT
Located in a secluded area of the backyard with firewood supplied.

KIDS PLAY GROUND
Located in a beautiful part of the backyard.

GAZEBO & WOODFIRE BBQ

We stayed at Berry Luxury Retreat last weekend for my 50th birthday with 18 ladies, and it was honestly the perfect place for a special celebration. From the moment you arrive, the property feels impressive, the landscaping is just as stunning as the house, and every single person who walked in said, “Wow, this place is amazing.” The photos really don’t do it justice.It felt like a luxury holiday away from home. We made the most of the spa, heated pool, sauna and cold plunge, and loved that there were plenty of different living areas and outdoor spaces where we could all be together (or split off into smaller groups) without ever feeling cramped. It’s so well set up for a group getaway, party, or big family event.With seven bedrooms and multiple bathrooms (girls need lots of bathroom space), everyone was comfortable, and the whole place is beautifully renovated to a high standard with thoughtful extras throughout. It genuinely had everything we needed for a memorable weekend.Kylie was also fantastic, so helpful, friendly, and quick to respond to any questions we had. We’d absolutely stay again.

Outstanding from arrival to departure

The property is like no other, caters for large groups no matter the weather or season, we had some rain during our stay but it didn’t stop the kids swimming in the heated pool or being able to sit out on the back deck listen to the streamed music watch the kids and catch up with our friends. Dry and warm. Pizza oven was a real treat and the kids loved getting involved in making pizzas. Plenty of space inside and bedrooms were more than comfortable and well appointed. The host also had some great advice on local attractions and places to eat out and things to do. Will definitely be back. Thanks Kylie

Perfect multi-family getaway

I’ve stayed here twice and have now booked a third trip. The house is perfect for large friend and family gatherings. Our 11 kids spent most of the 4 days in the pool and spa, and the pizza oven got a workout. The attention to detail makes all the difference, for example heating the pool, great kitchenware (actual sharp knives!) plenty of towels, both firm and soft pillows, and the list goes on.Would recommend.

This was the perfect home and location to celebrate my 40th with family and friends. The pictures do not do this house and the grounds justice. A dream place to host any special event. From start to finish, our stay at the house was perfect. The property is beautiful, spotless, and welcoming. Luxury home away from home

A luxury home away from home that had everything we needed for a family holiday for all ages. The heated pool & spa was a bonus as we could swim in the middle of winter which added to our enjoyment. Perfect family getaway

Highly recommend. My siblings, kids and grandparents throughly enjoyed our stay celebrating a special milestone birthday for my mum. Kylie was responsive, but not remotely intrusive. She genuinely wants her guests to enjoy this beautiful property which is even better than the pictures. The house was well appointed with everything we needed and things we didn't even know we needed. The pool, multiple living spaces, bedrooms, outdoor areas are so thoughtfully put together and meant we all had our own space but equally could come together as a family. Location is quiet and private yet still close to town.

La Dolce Vita 40th wedding anniversary

We had a fabulous few days here. The property is beautiful and our host Kylie was lovely and couldn’t have been more helpful. A great place to celebrate. Our family ranged from 9 months to 70, all loved the extremely comfortable accommodation and great outdoor spaces for the children. Will definitely come back.

What an amazing property! Perfect for family/group getaways & Milestone occasions. Family weekend celebration

Amazing place to stay for the weekend celebrating our parents 60th Wedding Anniversary. Comfortably accommodated the 15 of us and the multiple living areas were perfect. Even though it was raining and we couldn’t utilize the fire pit and outdoor dining it provided a lovely outlook from the undercover outdoor entertaining area. Will definitely come back!

Great weekend getaway

We had a family get-together for my husband's 80th birthday. The party consisted of the two of us, our three children and their spouses and children - 18 in all. The pizza oven and heated pool were the highlights. Something for everyone and very comfortable. Would not hesitate to recommend.

From the moment we walked through the door, we were greeted by a stunning, meticulously decorated interior that exuded elegance and sophistication.
