Great location right next to the Aude River and River trail/walk. Great view of the citadel. Comfortable brooms, friendly staff and easy parking. Nancy comped my service dog fees which was appreciated. Street parking is free. 10-12 spots right by hotel. Underground parking for the tribe is 25€ per day. We walked to the citadel and we walked to multiple squares to eat in or near the town center. Went for the Tour de France stayed an extra day. All good, would stay again.

Great location.

Great location with a secure car park. The reception staff are very nice. Breakfast is good and the view from the restaurant on the Cite de Carcassonne is fantastic. Very small pool but nice to cool off and relax in after a long journey. Rooms are comfortable with air conditioning.

The view was great and it was in a good location with lots of parking. The pool area was very poor and the pool liner filthy - it’s about half the size of a domestic pool. The bar wasn’t open the night we were there which was disappointing

Nice place

Nice hotel, welcoming and comfortable. Restaurant food lacked in choice for vegetarians and vegans, not really any healthy choice. But the staff were lovely and the service was great. Room was comfortable and practical, though the colour choice was a bit odd & the shower was small even for me, a small woman. But that could be that I had the odd room at the end of the corridor that the designer squeezed in.

Convenient

The orange and black decor works for Halloween, but not restful. Toilet is in a separate room. Why? Close to pedestrian bridge to fortress. Very nice breakfast, good assortment.
