The place is amazing. However the rooms are not sound proof. The guest next door were loud and had guests in their room who were equally loud. On top of the loud voices they then chose to turn their music up at 9 pm. Not a great experience.

Fantastic little gem in berri. The room was spectacular. Bed was extremely comfortable and the bathroom made me want to renovate my house. Only gripe is i was only there for one night and i really wanted to stay longer

Property itself very good. Staff exceptional. Unfortunately the bedroom on the golf course side had ineffective shading from morning light which woke me each of the 5 days we stayed there at 6-05am. Suggest a dark tint film be attached to the upper light exposed triangle. With block out curtains in room would have expected more. Also coffee pod machine was faulty and leaked when making coffee. I would definitely stay there again, BUT only if the incoming morning light was blocked. Really ruined my stay.

We were asked if we wanted room serviced every day for our 3 night stay. Unfortunately this did not occur until after the second day. Only two coffee pods for the machine , so no early morning coffee til restocked. Small thing , not precious, but just racing off to early tennis start and wanted a wake up brew. Everything else was fine -well done.

This was an excellent place to stay. We booked a two room suite as our daughter was with us there as well. The comfort and cleanliness was great. We saw the cleaners as we were leaving and complimented them on their excellent work.

Par Five Shacks

A fabulous experience. I would stay here again if coming through Berri. Also loved the extra touch of a little jar of snacks and water that were complimentary. It was close to the Berri Hotel for dinner as well. Check-in was at the nearby Berri Hotel on the other side of the car park, so that was convenient. (Note the check-in instructions we were given by Hotels.com advised a different check-in process - the check-in at the Berri Hotel was a far easier process but the instructions made it confusing until we phoned to sort that out.)
