Wow. Hidden gem. Great suite, so big and comfortable. The choice of pillows was insane. Breakfast best we have ever had. Staff were amazing especially at the bar in the evening. Do not hesitate to book this lovely hotel.

Bed was comfortable and shower over bath was OK. No fan in bathroom so it steamed up badly. Loved the huge walk in robe but surprised it didn't contain an iron and ironing board. Food in the bar was superb and reasonable. Breakfast was just OK but expensive. Staff were very helpful although I never received my invoice after being told it would be emailed to me.

The room was wonderful even though it only had an instant coffee option. I loved the bath and all the space for my toiletries. The walk in wardrobe where I could leave my bag was great to have as separate to the main room. The location was wonderful too. It rained while there but it was still possible to do light sightseeing in the general area and find good places to eat. I would definitely stay at the hotel again. The staff were very helpful.

The Mandala was exactly what we wanted staying in Berlin. Close to the areas we wanted to visit, and in walking distance to markets, restaurants, and shops. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was clean and tidy. The restaurant very nice and enjoyable, particularly for breakfast. We will be returning to the Mandala again.

This is not a genuine 5 star. Gym limited. Rooms small. Only 1 of each towel. Hairdryer attached to fixed cord. Bed shoved into corner. Dated design. Lobby pokey. Only positive was kindness and professionalism of staff. This is in Novotel or mercury category.

EXCELLENT. Everything is PERFECT. Staff extremely friendly. I encountered at least 4 different ones and all are super nice and friendly. The room is perfect, very large with big windows and very clean. We even had a kitchenette in our room. Bathroom very spacious and very clean. Location is PERFECT. Walking distance to EVERYTHING. We just loved everything about this place. Didn’t try the gym or the spa. Maybe next time because , should I come back, I will definitely stay here again.

Amazing Experience!

The staff went out of their way to ensure my stay was truly amazing. The breakfast was so good and the wait staff so friendly. Reception helped me with printed directions for the subway, and sadly, the emergency room! This was by far the best experience I've had at any hotel and can wholeheartedly recommend The Mandala to anyone going to Berlin
