Both the room and staff were horrible. I have never seen such rude and unprofessional people in my life. We had to check out 1 day before our scheduled check out date to another hotel. No Wi-Fi in room Not a drop of water Wrong room was provided different from the booking Non-functional TV Not a spoon in the kitchen, requested reception for a spoon and Mr.Haroun told me this is not a 5 star hotel, go and buy it yourself in an absolutely terrible way. The problem is the booking says I will have basic cutlery’s in room like plate and spoon and fork but there was nothing.

Very nice rooms, had a kettle, across the road gesundbrunnen shopping centre with 2 big supermarkets and a metro station. It’s about a 20 min taxi ride from Berlin central station (about 20 euro).had everything I needed so recommend for a stay.

Everything about the hotel was good besides the wifi. The wifi did not work in my room which is not a deal breaker but extremely annoying. Location is nice as it’s a short walk away from the train station, but the community around it feels a little sketchy.

The bathroom needs an on/off light switch. The bathroom light is operated by a sensor but this is a terrible feature for those of us who need to go to the toilet in the middle of the night. The bright light destroys my sleep pattern. The room I booked supposedly had a kitchenette. It had a kettle, fridge and sink but no crockery or cutlery or cooking facility. That is not a kitchenette. The room I was allocated is looking dated and in need of re-decoration.

Easy electronic check. Apartment was quite spacious and clean. Air con was good and WiFi of an acceptable speed. No plates, cutlery etc provided although could have been “rented” for €30, which was a bit too much to ask. Good location very close to Grsundbrunnen station with easy access to the city. All in all good value for money

So I would like to start with saying, the staff was very friendly, I was not too intimidated to ask for help. The room was very nice, AC worked splendidly, bed was clean and comfy. I did find a few silverfish upon my arrival but not too bothered by it. My only issue is the errors made had me worried if my belongings were very safe. When I checked in, I paid for early check in and was given a key. However, I was given the key to an occupied room and was met by an unhappy resident (understandbly). So I went straight to the reception and was given a new room - however due to this error I refused to keep anything valueable like my passport in my room unattended. 2nd Issue was when I was given a new room, I wasnt checked in correctly meaning there was a potential for someone to enter my room due to the system showing the room unoccupied and booked for someone else. I only knew about this as I couldnt log into the wifi using my name and room name, when queried a new staff member informed me. This again puts into question this hotel rooms security as i had my room card for 7 hours but the system showed i wasnt checked in.

Hotel was really nice but I had a bad experience at check in. The reception lady asked me to pay 30 euro for what she told me for tax. I paid this then on departure on my receipt I seen it was for early check in. I queried this and they refunded my 30 euro as I didn’t check in early. I am still upset with this as if I hadn’t noticed then I would have lost 30 euros.

Everything in the room was fine. I didn't give a 5-star rating due to the very poor wi-fi connection. I had to log-in every morning and often I either couldn't connect at all or it would take me several tries before I was able to access the Internet. And even when I did have access, the connection was weak.

This property is quiet and safe. The woman at the reception wasn’t helpful. My credit card was charged twice by mistake. The bathroom was very dirty. We has to ask for the bed that was missing.
