High price for low quality

I pick ed the hotel because of the high rating to begin with I got an expensive room with no phone, no closet, no safe box, surrounding area with poor maintenance buildings, the receptionist at my check in quite rude and ordinary I guess angry trying to talk a bad English, I booked in the hotel first because of the rating which I think it is too much for what it has to offer compared to other hotels so I felt it was cheated on this particular subject, very disappointed booking into a hotel with high rate, not fair for the competition. So yes to others who want to stay near from the airport is ok but if you look for quality and good service just look for another place, my sincere opinion.

Great Atmosphere

since my flight at BER got canceled I stayed at this great little Hotel with a great atmosphere, again! The breakfast buffet is wonderful and the coffee outstanding.

A very nice hotel with nice rooms and a great breakfast. Convenient to the airport. However, check in was an issue. It ends at 11 with no option for late check in. For people coming in late flights, this is very inconvenient. My flight landed at 10:25 and I barely made it to check in. No one answered the phone when I called and no one answered my messages in the app. This is a poor experience for Expedia users. The staff was friendly and helpful at check in and out in person, but it would have saved me a lot of stress if Incould have communicated with them and had an option in case I was delayed passed 11.

My room was messed up. When I open the door I found a half undressed woman inside. Luckily there was no harm to any of us and I quickly was moved to the new room. Breakfast is ok and convenient a specially the hotel is in the middle of nowhere.
