Wonderful accommodations. Very spacious. Close to parks, restaurants, bus services. It would have been useful to have operating instructions for some of the appliances. The dryer kept giving an error code and we couldn’t figure out how to turn on the towel warmer!

Excellent flat!

The flat was very nice, clean and comfortable! Right on the 200 bus, across the street from the park. Jakob made it super easy. Great for a family with kids. I would definitely stay here again!

A charming apartment

We had a great stay. The apartment has a pre war elegance that combines nicely with the artistic decor. Prenzlauer berg is my favorite neighborhood in Berlin with lots of dining and shops and the city center is just a short bus ride away!

Berlin Visit

A very nice apartment in a surprising neighborhood. Directly across from Volkspark Friedrichshain ( a huge park with all sorts of things to do). On the streets around the corners from the unit are a number of good places to walk, to shop and to eat.

Great quiet location but close to everything

We stayed here for 5 days with our kids (10 and 13) and it was perfect. We loved this large apartment, close to beautiful park, easy to get transit into the centre, great neighbourhood full of cafes and restaurants, and our boys loved the foosball table and projector for a TV. Great gelato place moments away... Thanks!

Lovely family apartment, well equipped and stylishly decorated, in a great location directly across the road from Volkspark Friedrichshain, near bus and tram stops, and within a few blocks of various restaurants, ice-cream shops, etc. Jakob was a very responsive host. We loved our stay here and would happily stay here again next time we visit Berlin.

Tolle Altbauwohnung

Die Wohnung ist wirklich riesig, toll eingerichtet und mit allem ausgestattet, was benötigt wird. Da die zwei Schlafzimmer im hinteren Teil der Wohnung liegen, also abgewandt von der Straße, sind diese sehr ruhig.
