This furnished apartment is located in Prenzlauer Berg, a centrally located and family friendly neighborhood in northeast Berlin. The area is known for its relatively young population, and is especially popular for those with young children. There are cafes and restaurants throughout the area, including notable international options like Wen Cheng Handpulled Noodles. Anyone who likes to cook will be pleased by the selection of local supermarkets and Prenzlauer Berg hosts a popular Sunday farmer's market at Mauerpark. The MACHmit! Museum for Children and the Zeiss Planetarium are both located in the neighborhood. Prenzlauer Berg is served by several U-Bahn and bus lines.

This Blueground apartment has flexible lease options, allowing you to book it for three months, a year, or more.
Pets are welcome, though weight limits and breed restrictions apply and may incur fees.
Please keep in mind that this is a walk up building.
We take great pride in ensuring every photo displayed is shot in our own units with our actual furnishings. That said, we regularly refresh our decor and furniture arrangement, which may differ from what’s pictured.

A security deposit of €1120 is required at booking, which will be returned within 2-4 weeks after the check-out, minus any deductible damages.

This apartment is available for temporary stays only and is not suitable for tourist or permanent residential use. Upon booking, guests must provide a valid travel purpose accepted by local legislation to confirm the reservation.
