Overall, we had a good stay as it was very convenient to anywhere. Only downside, the room is quite dark as lightngs were limited. There was no closet and the hanging hooks were not enough, room had many empty walls, should consider put up more hooks.

Overall good experience and great breakfast include! All the staff was very polite and great. Also a very great location to get around the city center. Only thing is they definitely need to work on some of the technology aspects: specifically the thermostat didn’t all for the heat to be turned off in my room and the internet cable to the tv was frayed/jerry rigged to the tv; therefore, I couldn’t cast from my phone to the tv when I wanted to wind down for the evening before bed.

Hotel was in a great location to the centre . Great breakfast. Rooms good . Staff lovely. My only issue was I couldn’t turn off the heated bathroom floor and the room thermostat didn’t want to work

The hotel was decent the staff was very friendly but, we stayed in mid July and I get it was hotter than normal but the rooms were too hot to sleep in. I know there isn’t air conditioning but the windows only open a couple of inches. People were loosing their minds. The front desk was polite but could do nothing to make things better.

There were three of us staying in the room for a night. I was happy with it although my fellow travellers made some complaints about how basic the room was. Maybe they were affected by the luxury of the room in the hotel we had checked out from Oslo the previous day. Personally, I think the room offers all basic necessities for the traveller, a comfy bed and is well situated close to the heart of Bergen. Breakfast was just ok; both g to wrote home about. Overall. I would return on a potential subsequent visit. Ps. Photo is of beautiful Bergen, approximately a kilometre away from the hotel.

We only stayed one night and were pleasantly surprised by how big the room was with a nice window bench to relax. The bathroom in comparison was quite small but functional and clean.
