First, we were given a key that was not magnatized. We didn’t know it was demagnetized, and evidently neither did the maintenance person who worked there. They tried several times to get us in and finally it did click open. But when we went out to dinner and came back the key wouldn’t open the door. Finally we went and had our key demagnetized.
But I need to say that our room was the last room next to the exit away from The entry receptionist. Long walk for my 76 year old husband and I..
Secondly, room 116 did not have hot water. It had less than tepid water. We let the faucet in the sink run 10 minutes. We let the shower run 10 minutes and still no hot water. My husband took a shower in cold water I couldn’t do it. I did lean over and get my hair washed, but I couldn’t do it.
Lastly, the breakfast bar is something to be less than desired. The the gravy was watery
So maybe the breakfast bar we’re being a little picky about, but it was because of our really bad non-showering experience.
The room, however, was excellent beautiful room, big spacious clean, and the and the staff were friendly. But it’s not enough to make us want to stay here again or to have had a good experience.
