Location is ideal if you want to be downtown! Nice decor and very clean. A/C works great. My only complaint was the water pressure- very difficult to wash my hair in the shower with so little pressure. But I would definitely stay again.

We loved this apartment! Very artsy, clean and the bed is so comfortable! Kitchen is well stocked for your convenience too. Location is great with easy checkin. Had a question on parking and host was quick to answer. Will book this again when we are in Fayetteville

Loved this VRBO! It is so cute and cozy. Location could not be better. Walked everywhere- downtown shops, restaurants, coffee, Uark campus, Razorback trail etc. Host was so helpful. It was quiet. Tv had tons of channels. Bed was comfy. Heat worked great. Would definitely stay here again!

The location was amazing. It was a cute place for 2 people. It says it sleeps 3, but that person would be on an air mattress or the couch that doesn’t pull out. For 2, it is perfect. Being right downtown is great, and we appreciated the garage parking nearby.

Lovely studio apartment, well appointed, nicely decorated, and with a gracious host. The location is terrific: walkable to the square, Dickson Street, numerous restaurants and shops. A couple of nice restaurant choices right downstairs in the same building. Free parking garage nearby. The washer-dryer and full kitchen are very convenient. Queen bed was comfy; the beautiful teal blue velvet couch was long enough for my 6'1" husband to completely stretch out for a nap, so it's an option for overnight sleeping, as well. There's a box fan for white noise, though the apartment was quiet and we found we didn't need it, nor did we need the fan for cooling because the AC works great. But still, a nice touch. Excellent attention to detail throughout the apartment.
