First time great time!

The casino was clean and well maintained, staff at resort was friendly and engaging. Hotel room was clean, bed was very comfortable, the only thing that would have made the trip better was if we would have upgraded to a suite with a tub to soak and relax in. Had a great time plan to return soon!

3rd floor smells like smoke the moment you get off the elevator. Rooms are pretty expensive too. However it’s a casino so it is what it is. Not sure if we will be back to four winds New Buffalo.

The hotel was clean and comfortable. Love the rooms have a separate water closet. Coffee maker in room as well as microwave and refrigerator. Was a couple trip me and my husband and it was so relaxing. Met some great people and staff was friendly. Definately will be back.

Four Winds Casino Hotel is an excellent choice!

The girls at the checkout counter were absolutely fantastic. Couldn’t be friendly or if they tried.! Had a wonderful little getaway, just what we needed to break up the winner!

The water wouldnt get very hot in the shower and i turned it all the way up and let it run forever! Sheets/comforter was very stiff and someone kept banging on my wall all night and i couldnt sleep
